Man, that's a problem we don't know how to solve yet. All files are on google drive and last months often this problem. We've already talked to support and increased the storage size, but nothing has changed. Maybe you should either really wait (although we can't see that the number of downloads is prohibitive), another guy was helped by incognito/non-incognito downloading

Hi does anyone know how to get the external download for Android to work as it says there too many people downloading for me
